The Canopy by Hilton hotel contains the most interesting and charming dashes from Zagreb’s history. They are woven into every part of our restaurant, but also the hotel itself that is the keeper of the neighborhood history that keeps important moments of its past from oblivion.

The hotel is located on the site of the former sweetest place in the neighborhood, the famous Union factory, so it is no wonder that it served as the inspiration for a restaurant that is a kind of homage to the food industry in which you will find many old-fashioned and retro graphic works created by the most eminent Croatian artists.
